RETURNS
Returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, damage during shipping.
If you would like to request a return or exchange, you may write to us at customercare@vinodcookware.com.
To process a return or exchange request, you must provide the original purchase invoice along with at least two photographs of the product. If the issue relates to shipping damage or receipt of the wrong product, an unboxing video is mandatory.
Returns or exchanges are accepted only for items purchased directly from https://krafthouseware.com/ or from our showroom. If the product was purchased through any other website or dealer, the return or exchange will be governed by that seller’s own policy.
The product must be sent back to us within 7 days of delivery. Once the returned product is received with its packaging and accompanying documentation intact, a replacement will be arranged.
CANCELLATION
BEFORE SHIPPING
If your order, or any item in it, has not yet been shipped, you may request cancellation by writing to our customer support team at customercare@vinodcookware.com.
AFTER SHIPPING
Once an order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled at the point of origin. For further assistance, please contact our customer support team at customercare@vinodcookware.com.
Please make sure the item is packed securely when returning it, since refunds cannot be issued for products damaged during return transit. After we receive the returned product, inspect its condition and packaging, and complete our review, the refund will be processed within 7 to 10 business days. Cancellation and/or shipping charges may apply.
REFUND
Any refund issued will be equal to the amount paid for the product at the time of purchase.
Return-related refunds are processed within 7 to 10 business days.
A copy of the original invoice must be provided when placing a request for return or exchange.
Refund of shipping charges is available only where the product has a manufacturing defect.
