Warranty Policy

Limited Warranty Coverage

Kraft products are covered under a limited warranty of 1 year from the date of purchase. This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, intended household use.

What's covered:

  • Defects in materials or craftsmanship
  • Issues arising from normal household usage (e.g. non-stick coating peeling prematurely, handles coming loose, etc.)
  • Replacement of defective parts or full product (at our discretion)

What's not covered:

  • Damage due to misuse, abuse, or improper care
  • Commercial or industrial use
  • Normal wear and tear (e.g. discoloration, minor scratches)
  • Accidental damage, breakage, or stains
  • Modifications or repairs not performed by Kraft

How to Claim Your Warranty

If you believe your product qualifies for a warranty claim:

    • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
    • Clear photos of the issue

  • Kraft reserves the right to offer a replacement or store credit if the original product is no longer available.
